Shipping & Warranty Policy

Please Note

  • Logistics Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to customs processing (especially for international shipments), extreme weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately (e.g., some from Amazon FBA warehouses and others from mainland China) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Power Adapters: Packages include a standard plug matching your country/region’s voltage. For regions with different standards, a conversion plug will be provided if needed.
  • Remote Areas: While we offer global shipping, some remote areas may require additional handling. If your order cannot be processed normally, our team will contact you promptly to resolve it.

Shipping Policy

1. Logistics Methods

  • Primary: Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses, prioritized for U.S. orders and major European markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France) for faster delivery.
  • Secondary: Direct shipments from mainland China, used when FBA inventory is unavailable or for regions not covered by FBA.

2. Shipping Coverage & Fees

  • Global Free Shipping: Most regions (including the contiguous U.S., major European countries, Canada, Australia) qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order value.
  • Exceptions: Remote areas (e.g., U.S. territories like Guam, Northern Mariana Islands; remote islands in Europe) may incur additional fees. Our system will notify you of any extra charges before checkout, and our team will contact you if issues arise.

3. Duties & Taxes

  • For international shipments (outside the U.S. and EU), import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • FBA shipments to EU countries may include VAT (calculated by Amazon at checkout), but other customs fees (if applicable) are borne by the buyer.
  • We are not liable for unpaid duties/taxes that result in package delays, returns, or confiscation by customs. Refunds will not be issued for orders abandoned due to unpaid fees.

4. Shipping Times

FBA Shipments (U.S. & major Europe):

  • U.S.: 2–5 business days (after order processing).
  • UK, Germany, France: 3–7 business days (after order processing).

China Direct Shipments:

  • U.S. & Europe: 7–15 business days (after order processing).
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days (after order processing).

Note: Order processing (quality checks, packaging) takes 1–3 business days for FBA shipments and 3–5 business days for China direct shipments, which are not included in the above "shipping times."

5. Shipping Partners

  • FBA shipments: Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx (arranged by Amazon).
  • China direct shipments: Yunexpress, 4PX, China Post (reliable for global delivery).

6. Package Delivery & Refusals

  • Once a carrier confirms delivery (with tracking or photo proof), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Do not refuse delivery if you no longer want the order. Instead, contact our customer service to initiate a return (per our Return Policy). Refusals may result in non-refundable return fees.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All our products (including hair trimmers, replacement blades, and charging docks) come with a 12-month full warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues.
  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, drops, excessive force, natural wear, or failure to follow usage instructions.

2. 15-Day Worry-Free Return

  • Within 15 days of delivery, you may return products for a full refund or replacement, provided they are in original condition (with all accessories intact).
  • For non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Applicable Purchases

This warranty applies to orders made through our official website, Amazon store (FBA or direct), and authorized resellers. For purchases from resellers, contact them directly for warranty support.

4. Return & Refund Terms

  • Refund Deductions: For non-quality returns, original shipping costs (if applicable) and credit card processing fees (order amount × 2.4% + $0.3) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Time Limits: Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted, unless covered by the 12-month warranty (for quality issues).
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is destroyed due to unclaimed delivery (per courier rules), no refund will be issued. If returned to our warehouse, the buyer must cover return shipping fees to receive a refund.

5. Warranty Replacements

  • Within the 12-month warranty period, defective products will be replaced free of charge.
  • Shipping fees for replacements are covered by us for the first 3 months; after 3 months, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Safety & Usage Instructions (For Electronic Products)

To avoid damage and ensure safety, please follow these guidelines:

Before Use:

  • Do not use damaged power cords or adapters.
  • Ensure the device’s voltage matches your local power supply.
  • Use only original accessories (handpieces, chargers, etc.).

Battery Care:

  • Do not overcharge or use the device while charging.
  • Keep away from flammable materials during charging; do not cover the device.

During Use:

  • Avoid misuse, drops, or excessive force.
  • Do not operate in wet/moist environments.
  • Users under 18 require parental supervision.
