We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your purchase and want you to know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope that we can help to resolve whatever issues you may have with our Hair Trimmer products.

Generally, all of our products come with a 1-year full warranty and 15-day worry-free money-back guarantee from the date of receiving your original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below to let us know how we can assist you.

Please note this warranty and return policy applies to purchases made through our official website or authorized direct stores (e.g., KNVOVNO Amazon Shop). For purchases made through other authorized resellers, please contact them directly for after-sales support.

After we receive your return request form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided promptly. Please clearly write the RMA number on your parcel and ship it back before the RMA number expires. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will notify you and process your refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria for us to process it:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories intact, including manuals, warranty cards, and packaging materials.
  • A valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our site or customer service after submitting the return form is required.

NOTE:

  • You need to pay for the shipping costs for returning items with non-quality issues within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items after 15 days from the date of receiving your original order.
  • Shipping costs incurred for delivering the item to you are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We will not process refunds for items returned to an incorrect return address.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account used for the purchase.
  • Before returning a product or claiming a refund, please contact our customer service first by emailing support@knvovno.com. We aim to resolve your issues efficiently and do not accept any returns or chargebacks without prior notification to our customer service team.
  • Please note the refund processing time after we review your returned item: If you paid via PayPal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to reflect in your PayPal account. If you paid with a credit/debit card, please allow 7-14 business days for your bank to update the charge on your statement.
